Automatically fill in executor when creating voucher

When a user creates a voucher from the app and selects a project, the performer should be entered automatically - provided a performer is specified with the project.

That way, the user does not have to do this manually and the voucher is immediately linked correctly to the correct person.

• When selecting a project while creating a voucher, it is checked whether there is an executor associated with the project.

• If yes → the foreman is automatically entered in the voucher.

• If no → the field remains empty and can be filled in manually.
