Automations -> Notification condition -> Project end date approaching/expired

Purpose: To receive a notification/reminder when a project is about to end / has ended.

To the automations (previously: automatic rules) add the condition:

• Projects -> End date -> Enter number, enter type (days/weeks/months) and indicate if it is before/after (the end date).

• Projects -> Project Status -> checkbox list with the project statuses as options.

• Bonus: Projects -> Distance to start date -> Fill in number, fill in type (days/weeks/months) and indicate if it is before/after the start date.

Examples:

• Condition: [1] [month] [before] end date

• Action: [notification] to [backend employee Robin] with the following text: [Project X expires].

Or:

• Condition: [3] [weeks] [after] end date

• Condition: Project status is [in progress].

• Action: [email] to [email@bedrijf.nl] with the following text: [Project X has expired but not yet invoiced!]
