Notification in backend when email has not been sent.

When an email (e.g., invoice or quote) is not sent successfully, an immediate notification should appear in the backend notification center.
Now the notification only appears later in the log, where it is often overlooked.

Objective:
Faster detection of shipping problems and ability to take immediate action.
