Ability to give receipt the correct administration by default

This by looking at the combination/order of multiple basic info.
Where does the customer belong to, both administrations > which administration belongs to the project > which administration does the employee work for, both etc.

So that the employee no longer has to indicate this in the app and they also do not have to check this afterwards
