Ability for field staff to receive weekly timesheets by e-mail

We want field staff to be able to receive a summary of their hours worked at the end of the week. This may be a simple summary.

Request:

• Add a button that allows an employee to request a summary of his/her hours on his/her own.

• The summary will automatically be generated as a PDF file and emailed to the employee.

Objective:

• Employees can save their hours summary for their own records.

• They can easily forward the summary to clients who request it.
