Additional option to take unpaid leave or have it paid out. It would be nice if employees could take unpaid leave in addition to their free hours and ATV hours.
The Construction and Infrastructure Collective Labor Agreement works with a time savings fund.
Register balance, enable taking (payment) and link to unpaid leave so that payment can be made from the time savings fund.
