Automatically adjust price list for future projects/customers

E.g. when a customer works with general project rates and wants them automatically active on all (i.e. including future) projects.

For the first time not the option to make a price list active by default for new projects/customers. However, if price lists are active, the wizard will indicate to which price list this project/customer should be added.
