Retrieve prices Kramp for parts real-time and place parts under invoice lines

Now the most frequently used items are added under Materials and a price is entered for them. If the rates at Kramp go up, the customer has to monitor that this is the case and adjust his price accordingly.

In addition, it is not possible to copy all articles from Kramp into TimeKing under Materials. So for this the real-time link under Parts is fine.

So what needs to happen:

• Figure out how to "officially" link with Kramp and retrieve the dealer specific purchase and sales price in addition to the item name and code (so somewhere under links the customer needs to connect/log in to Kramp)

• The parts back
