Enter standard mileage for a project

The customer wants mileage to be calculated and entered automatically for each project. Based on a fixed company location and project location, the system must calculate the round-trip distance and multiply it by a mileage rate. This information must be automatically added to the work order, linked to a vehicle type, and also carried over to the invoice.

Customer example: Suppose there is a fixed location, and an employee travels to a project in Assen (project number 12345), which is only 30 km away. Therefore, the work order for Employee X will list a VW Transporter (mileage rate 0.35) with 60 km automatically entered.
