Timer for travel times outside the voucher period if "from-to" and "started with travel time" are specified

If you start with something other than work time and the times are from-to, then the times are outside the start and end times of the work time.

The travel time type must also be specified if using a timer (start when you begin travel time and end when you finish travel time). Apply this logic to other from-to time ranges as well.
