Extend billable surcharges with a different display in the invoice lines....

Current situation:
The system currently shows billing as addition of hours, for example:
7 hours normal rate + 4 hours surcharge á amount X
(where the 7 hours is the total of 3 hours normal + 4 hours surcharge).

Desired extension:
Add an additional display option where billing is broken down by rate type, i.e.:

• 3 hours normal rate

• 4 hour surcharge = rate + surcharge
