Include total wage bill in g account

Now an amount per item can be entered for to the g-account, for example 10 euros per hour. This applies to selected rates.

However, the customer is required to also show the total wage bill in the invoice, for example 9 euros = 30% of the wage bill price in the piece rate. (Man + machine could be 65 euros for example, of which 30 euros would be the wage bill price and 35 euros for the machine).

Proposal is to make an input field next to the amount to be sent to the g-account (in the example: 9 euros) with what percentage this is (in the example: 30%). Then with a tag, for example {G_REAKING_TOTAL_LOONSOM} the total wage sum over which the g-account amount is calculated should be shown.
