Be able to type out executor on sales & rentals

Now a performer can only be selected if the customer has performers. The wish is to be able to enter at all times (especially from the app) which employee of the customer collected something.

So support "Other namely" when entering an executor from the app and backend. And possibly make a setting that this field is always shown.
